about
If you´ve ever been at one of our shows, you´d probably heard this song before. We wrote it before we released the 1st album Resistance from Within and we couldn´t decide whether to put in on the album or leave it for the next one. In the lyrics we are talking about the memories of our first contact with punk & HC music by attending the shows organized by 13. brat crew and the ideas that we came in contact with. The ideas about a just and friendly world left a big impression on us as kids and we still carry them with us. We still believe in that utopian vision of the world where individuals can enjoy total freedom, although we come across people we went to those shows together asking us: "You still haven´t grown out of believing that?" NO! „Freedom is always the freedom of the one who thinks differently“ - Rosa Luxemburg
lyrics
Surreal is what I see, can not define what I feel,
Now I don’t believe a single word that I was told by you!
What now where’s the point of giving up?
Where’s the power that defined our strength our love?
Are you afraid of failing again?
Why wouldn’t you try this one more time?
Will you neglect everything you are, everything we are, everything that was?
I still remember all those endless conversations,
All those dreaming thoughts how to change this insane world!
But, you know what…those things have left a huge mark on me,
And I believe that we can, if we want, do this now!
For what we fight, if not for our rights?
For what we die, if not for (our) freedom?
All those things that we’ve done and all those things that we will do
Show’s who we really are, show what we feel!
So we can’t allow no one, to turn us against our dreams!
We can’t allow not to be ourselves.
